About MADCO

MADCO was established in 1996 by a partnership of two citizen entrepreneurs. It started off as a small company operating flea markets in Gaborone and Francistown, through a partnership with Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM).

The company later ventured into consultancy services, which it offered in the form of training to Botswana Government through the Small Micro and Medium Enterprise program (SMME), and in the form of project appraisal services to Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA).
